j's bent tip
some guys sellin his j's exhaust but the tip has some bad dents on it. can they be fixed? and if so how well can a tip of an exhaust be fixed. ill try to get some pix
muffler shop have one of those exhaust expand-er.
i am sure he/she can expand the overall diameter by a hair and have most of the wrinkle even out. IF it's a straight exit tip.

a exhaust shop can fix that , my local shop has a tool that go's into the pipe that has rollers on it and they just turn it a few times and the pipe is like new ,

your call really, if money aint an issue then
the performance would be similar compare to exhaust with the same diameter, the only difference will be the weight.
1000 for an exhaust might be a foreign concept for alot of s2k driver, but if you were me, i'll go straight to final gear.

Yeah, I don't have my S2k yet but I'm planning on having one in the not distant future. I'm just getting ideas now, and I'm thinking that having an uber light exhaust wouldn't be my first priority, though I would really like it, and would likely be able to afford it. How big of a difference is there between the different J's exhausts as far as hp and sound, the 60 or 70, and the rr or the rs?
Well i am very happy with my j's 60rs. Could have i bought a cheaper exhaust? Yes but i have heard many other exhaust systems and none compare to the j's plus the j's is only 9lbs
. If you get the 70rr you will get more power but it is louder.

Was it on the 20th w/speedventures? I was there but I hadn't heard anyone crashed (though if it was early or late in the day, that's probably why I didn't hear. I was only there from about 11 to 3 or 4ish)

Man, one exhaust system I have only heard good things about is the Borla setup. They're an old-school company and kind of stray a little from the "tuner" image, but it sounds like a beast! Plus there is a "million mile warranty."
