Default B18C wiring info.

Im going to be swapping a JDM B18C type R 98+ into my 94 LX soon. The engine includes the engine harness and ECU. I need to know what it is going to take to get this wired up and running. Ive been reading and searching for the last 2 days and cant come up with anything. I assume adding a clutch pedal to my car should be as simple as getting my parts from a donor car and bolting them in correct?

your saying you can find anything on a gsr swap into a eg? WOW!!!you must of been lookin in the wrong place for the past 2 days then...newayz you would use your stock harness and modify that to fit the motor ...since the motor is obd2 and your car is obd1, ur gonna need a p28 and chip that or get a obd1 p72 which is for a gsr...

y0 jerk, i had my fiance time me...it took 46 seconds for me to find this-

http://www.c-speedracing.com/h...p.php

where? 6 posts down in one of 4 stickied threads at the top of the HYBRID forum

to you and your fuckln attitude.

EDIT: found this too with a total of two search tries-

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1255332

go to search, type in "auto manual" in the query box, select the search forum as 'hybrid', select 'search titles', select 'archived' in the upper right and hit SEARCHHHHHHH

you will have a billion threads about the auto to manual swap.

if your motor was out of the car then it would be really easy...Get a wireing diagram for the motor and your car
STEP1: Sit both motors side-by-side with both harness still on the motors
STEP2: On your stock motor lable all the sensors and u unplug them 1 at a time until you have the whole engine harness of your stock motor
STEP3: Find all the sensors and locate them on your GSR
STEP4: Take your stock harness that has all the lables on it and start pluggin it up to the GSR. If they dont reach, tare off the black covering and try to free up some wire instead of cutting and extending.
STEP5: Cover back up the wireing with the same black cover and new black electrical tape.
STEP6: Now for the sensors that you dont have a plug for, find a plug on your GSR harness that fits the sensor, cut it off, solder a long wire(s) to it, plug it on the sensor, blend it into the stock harness and run it thru the firewall to your ecu location
STEP7: find a ecu wireing diagram and pin the extra sensors that you added like Knock sensor, Vtec etc..
STEP8: double check everything is hooked up, connections are good, drop it in and you should be good to go
STEP9: run open headers in your neighborhood and let the neighbors call the cops on u

Thats what I had always thought until I pulled the carpet out of the trunk and saw what looked like it on the right side. But I didnt look at it close enough to tell, didnt care at the time.
