Default Continuing issue with leakage.

Hey guys,

I've posted here before, and although it was helpful, I'm still having the same problem:
I have a '98 EX Coupe, and the trunk has an issue with bad leakage when it rains. Every time it rains I have to drain the trunk, and it prevents me from ever putting anything in the trunk. I was advised to crawl into the trunk with a flashlight and have someone spray it down while I watched for the leak. I did this, however, I was unable to pinpoint anything.

So I'm wondering if anyone else here has had this problem, and how they fixed it. Or if anyone else has an advice as to where the location of this leak might be. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

-Ethan

did you check the sunroof drains? i believe they are lines that run out the trunk.

I do have a sunroof, and I checked them (at least what I thought was them, two large plastic tubes running through the body out drain holes on each side of the trunk). I ran water on top of my car over the sunroof and nothing came through them, they don't look clogged or anything either. I can't figure out for the life of me where this water is getting in. I checked my tail lights as well... Anyone else have any suggestions?

Nevermind guys, I found it. After obsessing over it and searching for every possible source I found it's the air vent on the driver side of the trunk not sealing properly. It's letting quite a bit of water in...
