Default Megan Exhaust

Well today when I came home I found the the ups guy had left me this at my front door...

Megan Exhaust
Test Pipe
CEL Fix

So after an hour and half removing all the old hardware and installing the new stuff I got this

Here is a video... Just a few little revs, nothing more then that.

http://video.google.com/videop...71120

At WOT the drone is just killing my ears, but other then that its a mean sounding exhaust

I give it 4/5

if you look in the picture with the exhaust laid out, you can see the bubble wrap around the two lil res, they are not small in piping...

Good stuff! I'm running a JDM 2.5" from Boyz: CST Zero-1R and it looks alot like it except I like how Megan bends are little less. Loud as s***, but once you break it in - you'll find a sweet spot in your RPM during cruzing when the droning won't be so bad. Hit VTEC and it's the sweetest F1 sound like noise ever! Slam the clutch to shift in VTEC gives off this sick high pitch sound...love it!

GL avoiding 5-0, you'll just get use to controlling the noise after awhile though.

It's to minimize the bends. Otherwise it would have to hook under the rear beam and we'll be scraping.

I just hate how its angle so much. Kind of reminds me of civics with universal exhausts.

only the first picture in the thread looks bad. it looks really angled. in all of the other pics, the angle looks more subtle.
