Default Help a Newbie out!

I am new to cars, and am young. I've been having some problems with my 93 Honda Accord, with 120k miles on it. It's in great condition and I have never had any problems with it. The problem I am having right now is electrical. Here is my problem:

Every time I start my car, the dash clock always resets to 1:00. The car radio will not even come on. I replaced the 11 spot 10A fuse in the fusebox under the driver side dash, and I replaced the 7.5A fuse for the backup of the radio under the hood. It still resets and the radio still does not work.

Anyone have any similar problems/solutions? I need help!

You still have a blown fuse, or possibly a poor connection at a harness plug or terminal, maybe the fuse terminal itself. 94

What fuse do you think it could possibly be?
