Default WetSanding / Wet Sand

can someone please give me a walkthrough on how to wet sand please...do you use soak the car and paper with water and slightly sand away or is there more to it??any techniques??type of paper u guy use?..and thanks in advance...

there is wet/dry sand paper. Its usually black with a yellow/tan back to it and will say wet/dry on it.

Keep the paper and the surface wet. You can use a spray bottle to wet the surface, or a bucket of water to dip the paper in. when your sanding make sure to keep the paper wet enough so it doesn't get that "froth" buildup.

the foam sanding blocks work wonders. they dont clog, easy to hold, and you can wet sand with them. i f**kn hate paper

wet sand for buffing 1500 grit no less than 1200 grit then compound buff glaze they u go wet shiny clear again
