Default Please help, attempting DIY Front End Fix on 98 Civic

PLEASE HELP ME! I had just gotten my 98 Civic over Christmas and drove it from LA to Texas with not one tiny little accident, until this happened. Also, please forgive the picture quality, I used my phone. Long story short, I was driving in stop-and-go traffic and hit this:

Granted, I was going at most 10 mph, but still, that + my civic = this:

So, I was pretty upset about it, and I was determined NOT to spend an arm and a leg, so I decided to inspect and see if I could fix it myself. After initial inspection, I figured I needed to replace the bumper (obviously) and the passenger side fender. Notice how the hood doesn't close completely? I have to sit on it to close it because I feel like the impact pulled the passenger side of the bumper down.

However, after closer inspection and taking apart my front end, I saw this:

The bracket where the bumper hooks with the 7 plastic screws is now completely bent downward. Which means I might have to replace it. Also, the bumper bracket that fits under the headlight is now much lower. Also, when I drive at night, I notice the passenger side headlight is pointing 6 inches in front of me instead of straight ahead. So this will also have to be replaced:

Now I only figured out how to remove my side skirt after I put everything back together, and I just now realized that I should have removed more of the bumper, but I was just wondering, do you think this can be a DIY fix? I will be searching junkyards soon, but can I just replace my bent parts with unbent ones? Does anyone have any experience/helpful tips/advice? Are there other parts that need to be replaced that I missed?

Please give me ANY and ALL information, I have to pay 100% out of pocket, so any way I can minimize cost with the maximum amount of knowledge would be great. Thanks!

How can you tell? Well, at least I can justify perhaps a 99-00 front end conversion...

First off it needs to go to a bodyshop and get measured. Then go from there.

you dont nessacarily need a new one. Ive fixed tons of radsupports that look bad but really just need a little pull.

Doesnt mean you can just throw a staight one on. You need to pull it first, measure than put the new one on.

So what does measuring do? I just take it to a body shop, and then they measure how misaligned things are? If it's too off, will I just have to go through them instead of DIY?
