Default HELP! Car Wont Rev..Bogging...Fule pressure? VAFC "prs" ? please reply

-brief- i have a d16z6 in my 91 ef...running about 2 weeks ago...no CEL...
tranny went up so i pulled the motor...put new tranny and parts on plugged harness in and put back into car...plugged everything in...all fluids...

FIRST START UP- it idles fine at about 1,000rpm , when you go to rev it up...it bogs and wont go past 1,500

FIRST QUESTION-my fuel pressure gauge is at 20psi while car idles, on rev up it jumps around from 40 to 0????

SECOND QUESTION-my vafc 1...at idle "prs" (???what is that???) is in the -400"s, when reving it jumps to around from -300 -200 -100 ?????

MY PROBLEM I THINK - wiring hack job - someone did before i bought the car-

heres a picture the day i pulled it out ...harness untouched and still plugged in...

TPS ??? the grey sensor on back on Thorttle body, i guess the tps has 3 wires coming out of it...

#1 the red wire comes out and is cut ( as shown in black cirle TOP RIGHT)

#2 + 3- run straight over to the yellow plug on left side of intake manifold

SENSOR RUNNING TO ANOTHER SENSOR???? no wires go into harness????

PICTURE-

you can see the wires running back and forth to each other????

HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!

HERES A PICTURE OF CUT WIRES IN THE BACK OF MY HARNESS

COULD THIS HAVE AFFECT ON MY CAR NOT REVING AND BOGGING?

DOES TPS CONTROL THAT?

GAS???

VAFC?

HELP PLEASE

I was having the same problem. Check your distibutor. I took my cap off and it looked like a brill-o pad. All the copper wire from the coil was everywhere. Only 2 cylinders were getting enough spark.
