Default AC Doesn't work

None of the lights on the dash where the AC and temp control work, all it does is blow hot air, even when I have it on 0. Is it a wiring problem, or do I need to replace the whole panel. My car got broken into and they cut the factory radio harness, so i don't have that. What to do?

Can you hear the AC compressor coming on at all? I know that sometimes the solder joints in that part of the dash can become loose and then the lights on those dials won't work.

I'll look now. I'm not sure what the sound is, but i'll figure it out. For a while, the lights would come on and off, then they stayed on for a day, now they've been off for a month, and it's getting hot here in Florida. I'm guessing its got nothing to do with the radio harness, i dont' believe it hooks into that. I'll check on it.

Radio harness shouldn't affect it. Hope you get that fixed soon with summer coming Mine's out right now but I've got at least a month before it gets warm here.
