its really not a pain in the ***... its just time consuming cuz u want em to be the same on both side ya know.. when we did mine, we had some little contraption that had 2 prongs on a pole.. so it was even on both sides.. ummm it depends on what theme you want ur car to be like... if u want like the black and white kinda theme i would go with fg2 type-r sidemarkers. or u can go dc5 amber... its up to you dude... i have a silver 05 coupe and i have fg2 (06 civic) type-r sidemarkers on mine and theyre clear.. but it goes good with the color of my car. ill post pics for you in a minute

I used a Dremel to cut my fender and the wiring is really easy.

There's 3 ways to wire the sidemarkers. That I know of anyway. I tapped the wires that run to the turn signals. There are 3 wires, black, red, and green you will only tap two.
1)Side markers on all the time - One wire to red and the other to black.
2)Side markers blink only - One wire to green and the other to black.
3)Side markers on all the time and blink alternately of headlights - One wire to green and the other to red.

its not hard to do the wiring .. all i used were splice taps
theyre like plastic to connect the wires ... very easy and used a dremel

also use the template e-mail me or pm me i have th epdf of the template

BTW it would make it easier if you get the wiring harness from passwordjdm the honda ones are difficult to cut around and extend
