Default Horn wont work.. no power to horn

I took my horn off as i thought it was broken, but when I tested it on my JDM Honda Prelude VTEC it worked fine.

I checked the power to the wires and there was none when the horn buttons where pressed. I dont know where to look now. All the Fuses are fine.

That horn stopped working when i drove trhough a flood, it died slowly and never worked, even though it does actually work.

Any ideas... could anything be unplugged- i took the aribag out and plugged it back in the other day. But i dont think that had anything to do with it as it wasnt working before that

Do you hear the relay click when you press the horn button?
I had this problem. the fuses where fine, and when I pressed the horn button I could hear the relay click. I turned out that one of the wires going to the horn had split and corroded. Luckily it was in the last couple of feet of wire close to the horn so I just cut it off and spliced some new wires on.
