Default code 43 need help fixin

code 43. in a p05 is the fuel supply system and oxygen sensor right? if so. how do i go about fixing my problem. what are sum things to look for in the system?... fuel filter, and fuel pressure.... the motor came out of a running car. ecu came with it. and that car ran fine. except wouldnt rev past 6k. so... im just trying to figure out what that code 43 is and how to fix it.... could it just be my o2 sensor?

Search homie. Try using the terms "code AND 43" along with my username. I'm having the same issue. There are 3 or 4 threads on this with several things you can try. G/L.

i just had the same code. change your o2 sensor and it will go away. dont forget to re-set your ecu.

I have the same problem.
I put the Vtec (B16A2) engine in non Vtec car. I adjust the harness for Vtec engine. The problem was in the instalation that goes to the Vtec solenoid. The Vtec solednoid did not give the ECU the back information of starting.
The code was startet only if I drive the engine intro Vtec, and thet drove with continous RPM by 3000 for half or more minutes...
The solution was to change solenoid. I put the solenoid from EG. Before there was from EK series...
That goes for the EDM Civics...
Sory for bad spelling, my english is not very good

What? No, that's not the be-all, end-all solution. There are MANY other possiblities. 02 sensor is only one of them.
