Just Replaced alternator Belt NOW MY CAR WON"T GET ANY ELECTRICITY!!!!!! HELP!??

Default Just Replaced alternator Belt NOW MY CAR WON"T GET ANY ELECTRICITY!!!!!! HELP!??

had a bad belt replaced it today...

took 12mm bolt moved alternator forward put new belt on and put alternator back and tightened bolt..

NOW MY **** WON"T START!

ANY reason why?? Help please

Did you remember to plug it back in? I would check wiring...and also underneath the dash is a fuse for your alternator...I'd check each one too, even if you think it's non related to be sure.

plug it back in?? Back in to what?? I just moved it forward and moved it back....But let me check the fuse and see what happens??? PLease more advice would be great! THanks HT

does the motor turn over? do you have any power? if not its the battery fuse 50 amp

NO POWER WHAT SO EVER!...think it might be the battery amo fuse then??? I'll go outside right now and check..thanks i'll let you know in just a sec

GOT POWER IT WAS THE FUSE!!!! DING DING DING!!! points for you! But now my battery light and check engine light just came on?? WTF is GOING ON!!!!!!

reset the ecu unplug tha barrery and turn on you key for fifteen seconds while battery is unpluged then turn igniotion off plug in the battery and start your car and it should be off
