is says service engine soon a16.

my aunt has been taking it into the dealer for this and i was wondering if i could do it, just change the oil.

i assume that it is like all of the other hondas that it goes off every 3k miles. let me know.

it is a 2005 RL

 

Its calling for an A-1-6 service, A = oil and filter change, 1 = tire rotation and 6 = rear diff service,

 

As far as honda goes for main codes....


A= change oil
B= Change oil and oil filter.

 

ah, so basically there is nothing really that i cant do. rear diff fluid would be the hardest part, i helped my friend do it on his s2000 once.

how do u reset this after i would change those

 

the reset info is in the owners manual very simple to reset also the oil change mileage varys depending on driving conditions but it is normaly around 7500 or so.
