manual or auto ?
manual will mostlikely have a flywheel attachted to it still. It doesn't matter, you could get either, as long as you have the parts to put in as a manual or auto. All the engines are made the same, its just the hardware for the drivetrain thats different.
i need to buy the auto engine because it always be in better health thatn the manual. but iam afraied that the seller put any auto tranny in manual engine and say to me take here is its auto engine as i said.
inderstand me ?
so is there are any info or code on the engine tell that the engine was an auto ?

I have no idea what you just said, but like the other guy said, there is no difference in the motors. Unless you have someone honest or you took it out yourself, there is no way to tell. And really, does it matter? Who's to say it was abused more? My neighbor has had a 95 civic ex that's a 5spd for 10 years and she's almost 60. Think she's ever revved it to redline? doubtful.
yeah, all the codes on the engine are the same. It won't matter about what tranny was attatched to it, it matters more about the maintance and such. just because the car was a manual doesn't mean it wasn't taken care of, it'd be more worried about the maintance of the engine, seeing that thats what makes or breaks (litterally) the engine.

there is one thing on certain motors that can tell you if it was manual or auto and it likely won't matter in most cases cuz it's easy to switch around. somtimes the intake manifold/TB have different brackets and iacv locations.
so basically it's all in the intake and that's it. if you have a manual ecu and harness and the manifold all hooks up right then you're good. but these guys are all right, there really is no significant difference between the auto and manual motors.

if it is a longblock the intake manifolds are diffrent, the auto has another throttle cable leading to the trans, and will have a necessary spot for the cable, also the vin helps.
