turbo K20A3 NGK spark plugs question...

OK...I searched 1st before posting this new topic and had no luck looking for this info...Does anyone know what NGK plug would be 1 step colder than OEM??

Part number would be great!!

IZFR6K-11

1 step
NGK BKR7EIX
2 step
NGK BKR8EIX
i use these.

So...if I want to run a plug that is 1 step colder I would use the NGK BKR7EIX ???
