Default Hasport mounts....can I remove my transmission mount?

I have a GSR swap in my hatch. I'm going to be using Hasports EGSTK kit, which replaces my integra mounts. I'm doing this to clean the bay up and replace the worn out mounts.

Now, the question is, can I remove the transmission mount on the passenger side? I think it would look cleaner, and I'm unsure if it is necessary. Since the Hasports are a more heavy duty mount, I would think that it would be able to support this. Some folks in the "shaved engine bay" thread in Apperance have removed this mount.

If not, no big deal, I'll keep it in place.

Thanks in advance.

with the hasport mounts its ok to use just the 3 main mounts (driver side, pass. side, rear)...even without the other 2 mounts it will still be stiff as hell

you need the DCSTK

And if you're talking about the torque mount, I'd leave it on. Less wheelhop

You must be talking about the torque mount not a motor mount. Yes, you can take them off! You can also take the one off on the driver side to by the A/C.

I called the retailer I'm getting them from and he asked if my driver side is 3 bolt or 2 bolt. I told him 3 and he said he stocks that kit. I'm assuming, even according to Hasport's website, that I can use this kit...

You were correct, picked it up today, put it on, and it feels much better. My old mounts were worn.

Thanks.
