I'd say OEM rice

Although I do have the full set, battery tie down, shift ****, oil cap, and spark plug cover all in the polished finish plus another shift **** that I use to use in red.

I never rocked them on the car just added to the collection, which are probably pretty rare seeing as they dont make those parts anymore

I had the polished wire cover and the battery tie down when those items came out in 01, didn't look to bad.

I put the original wire cover back on recently and just left the battery tie down.

Meh... to each his own. If you like it great. If you don't there is nobody telling you to use it.

Not pointing the finger at the OP, but way too often people want the opinions of others and will only make decisions based on what others think.

Lets use Marc and Edwin as a perfect example, some may say "wtf you painted j00 wheels green". Do they care? NOPE.

They have a bunch of OEM type r stuff like that at my local dealership. It just sits on the wall. They also have old old Comptech strut/tiebars too.

One half rusted and the other one rubbery.
I´ve ordered the polished one but have to change my battery for installation.
I can make a Pic when installed if you want.

No need to advertise yet another area of our cars with the "type-r logo". We have more than enough stickers and badges as is.
