Header Clearance
I've got a CRX with a B16B in it. Now I know some types of headers wont clear the cross member (4-1 I think) I need to know what will clear that crossmember safely? 4-2-1, 4-2-1 2 piece?
Thank you!
Thank you!
itr header wont clear...the only one that I know of that would clear the stock crossmember are DC headers. s
I'd strongly suggest upgrading your crossmember or cut it up or hammer it down, there's so much power to gain in good headers..
or do this
Used it many years ago but could be dangerous.

Yeah, If you just want more clearance and aren't really looking for a performance traction bar, just get an innovative mounts crossmember. It gives you alot more room. Plus, if you want to upgrade to a traction bar down the road, just get the poly bushings for it.

haha...believe it or not, but I used that "crossmember" for at least 6 months, til I could afford an aftermarket one. See how much I had to cut just to fit a jdm itr header?
