What to look when Buying a CRV?

I currently own a 94 Civic Hatchback and now I want to buy an SUV... and a CRV looks like the way I'm going... what should I look for when buying a CRV? what cool features are there for me?

I'm thinking since is a B20 might as well make it B20 V-tech, drop it and put some mirs or something !!!

I'd say look for a awd 5-spd. That's what I wish I had, but I'm stuck wit a auto fwd base model.
