i'm not going to go into the whole story of me buying an ITR. those that i've bought parts from may know the story, if not, look for my threads in the archive.

anyway... i bought an ITR a while ago, and haven't driven it until the first of this month. after driving it for a couple weeks, i decided that it was too raw for a daily driver.

so today i went to acura, planning on LOOKING at a TSX, and ended up driving home with an '04 mazda RX-8. as soon as i drove it, i fell in love with it. soooo... no more honda for me. sorry guys. the ITR is a GREAT car. there's just no way i could have it as a daily, and i didn't want a car payment, so i had to get rid of it.

if you want to buy any of my leftover parts, i'll try to take pictures and list them up here tomorrow, as well as pics of the new car.

yeah, i paid almost nothing on trade. i had NO intention of trading it in today, but i guess i got caught up in the moment. i really do love the new car though.

i expect to get nothing but **** from you guys though, but i can handle it.

It was your car and you did what you wanted to do with it and I really don't see anything wrong with that.

thanks. i just needed a stock sporty car that i could drive around without having to worry about it getting stolen.

i also test drove the evo, sti, s2k, and 350z, and the rx-8 is just what fitted my needs.

I hear you on that. I wanted an EVO but I would have to sell my ITR to get that so I settled for an Si as a daily.

oh man, id much rather be paranoid 24/7 and not drive anywhere than have a Rx8.

Get the mazadaspeed bumper, its how it should have came factory. Im interested to hear you impressions on a blanaced RWD machine vs FF ITR.

 

Enjoy the oil burner this car are very bad for this due to the rotary motor

 

bad choice man, i had an 04 rx8 and it was fun for a little while but it was waaaaaaaay too slow for how much it costs
