Default help with assembly!

I have a d15b block with a d16z6 head i took it apart put a new head gasket set (valve stem seals, cam seal, etc.) i just put it back together and it turns on and revs to 3000rpm and stays there for about 5 minutes, after it warms up it starts droping to about 500rpm then up to 1500rpm up and down and won't stop. what is this?????????

I just installed a universal 4-wire O2 sensor. could it be something with the ECU wiring?

Already checked...
tested IACV and TPS
went over all vaccum
new throttle body gasket
idle adjustment

Try adjusting your idle screw located on the face of the TB just below the coolant line.

check for vacum leaks between the throttle body or unpluged hoses thats usually what happens always... and also did you mess with your tps sensor?
