Default Help: Non-Rice aftermarket exhaust

Are there any exhaust systems out there that are not completely loud and abnoxious and have a gigantic tip that i could stick my head in? I was thinking of going stock and adding a cut-out to side exit... Any other ideas before i embark on finding stock exhaust?

+1 on HKS Sport. 2.25" cat-back, sleeper dual round tips, looks like stock and sounds awesome. Mine is also a '91 Si hatch.

Peace

I think its funny how you ask for a non rice exhaust and than you say you want it to side exit.

now the famous quote from Honda-Tech

To each his own..........

why would you use a side exit in a track car? don't you want the less amount of bends possible

its more length than bends, and with a cutout your not abruptly changing the airflow path, i believe this is due to a vacuum effect. You want the exhaust to get out of the car as quick as possible. basically after the side exit is installed it will have less bends than a stock system with a cleaner curve.

es tuning exaust the universial one and make your own piping or go get some made at a shop the exaust is only 110.00 and then piping like another 150.00 if you have it done by a shop the exaust is 21/2 piping you can get it at jhpusa.com
