Default hydrolocked

as everyone on the east coast is well aware of we had a ton of rain this weekend...anyways unfortunately i was out running errands in the rain and long story short ended up going through a puddle that was much deeper than i couldve ever imagined...and the motor died out...i opened the intake box and also removed the tube from the throttle body only to see water run out... so my question was is there any solution for a hydrolocked motor that doesnt include rebuilding...any input would be appreciated thank you

Yes, pull your spark plugs out and turn the engine over. This will shoot the water out of your cylinders. Then change your oil and finally, try to start the engine. Hope that you don't hear a knock.

Keep the plugs out and turn the crank over counter clockwise with the crank pulley bolt. If it doesn't spin, then you need to drop the oil pan and have a look.

ok, you have insurance, and if you have a sri or cai take it off out and put the stock air box in, call you insurance, and they will pay for it.
