there's your cheap jacket. And it's an awesome one to boot. I think you probably need a medium or small depending on your chest size.
We can't really help you much on the internet for sizing as nothing beats going to the store to try it on.

I got some Spidi XPD boots I could sell. Boots are a Euro 43. I also have a blue Joe Rocket Reactor jacket I could sell, I put hard CE armor in the jacket instead of the normal foam crap. The jacket is a Medium. I'm 5'6" 150, it fits me. I'm in San Diego, so we can meet up if you want to see and try on the gear.

EDIT: Nevermind. Once you go to the larger pictures, it looks really cheap. Like so cheap it would rip off you at high speeds.

I had a chance to check out a friend's MotoGP Corkscrew jacket...the one on New Enough's website. The quality is definitely there.
