Default Tokico shocks & dust covers

I got the shocks installed at a shop, it rides fine and all, but the piston shaft is still visible, does that mean the dust covers arent on???

On some shocks. I know that you can pull down the cover. Try that.

I will... gonna get my car lifted up at a buddies work w/ a car lift

Im just hopeing they didnt cut them...
