how do you do a 94 abs conversion to 98 up abs?

how do you do a 94 abs conversion to 98 up abs?
i'm going to do a jdm hid itr frontend conversion on my 94 integra gsr and it seems like the abs modulator is in the way for the ballast. just wanna know if anyone know how to convert the 94 abs into the 98 up abs?

possible options.
a. remove the ballast and relocate
b. completly remove abs
if you do the 98 abs, not only do you have to swap the abs but also swap b-lines or modify somehow..
again this was what i was told, because i was planning on doing the same set up....
