Ok its probably something small lol but I'm not seein it we put the gsr in the hatch there is no spark or fire but it turns over iwe used the da engine harness not the original d15 harness everything plugged up perfect I noticed there is no fuel resistor box there is supposed to be right? And the fuel pump does not turn on when we put the key forward to on position like it is supposed to the main fuel relay has been bypassed and it turns on but floods motor relay has been replaced twice fuel pump is new walboro 255lph unit fuses are all checked and are fine what are we missing everything is plugged in but o2 sensor and vtec why won't it fire? Any help would be greatly appreciated

if theres no spark, check your grounds (especially ecu @ waterneck)

 

Ok the motor is supposed to have 3 grounds I presume I redid the grounds off the tranny and starter and for a minute the cel came on it didn't do that b4(when key was forward) it still didn't get spark.

What ground is the ecu@waterneck

 

the ecu grounds at the water neck, on the back of the block (under intake manifold)

 

check the coil. if you blow that b17 up, ill sell u another, got two for sale

 

Thanks for the help I'm still workin on it (the car is not mine I'm tryin to fix it cause I was promised two dseries motors) I'm not a fan of bseries

I just found out a couple hours ago when I quit dor the night that the engine harness is the stock dx civic harness so I am assuming that could be a problem.

so I am going to put the b series harness and injectors in tomorrow and ill check those grounds and hopefully it will fire
