Default Does the "unbreakable AUTO LOCK" work?

Instead of upgrading my alarm, and doing everything that i can to slow down thieves.......i'm starting to look into the autolock. Since our tegs are the number one stolen cars, i dont trust any one. Does anybody know if the autolock works and if its worth getting? The whole concept of it makes good sense.

I totally agree with that!... I've read on this board that some peeps had their cars saved by the autolock, while with others it didn't matter at all. For the cost, I'd recommend it, along with these other ideas. It's a decently built unit...

Yes, it works against small, amateur thieves.
Nothing can stop a tow truck or "Gone in 60" guy who wants your car.

I would get it. I have one, the only thing, that is a bit of a pain to install and remove on a manual tranny cars due to limited room and especially if you have aftermarket pedals that are larger that stock. On the Pathfinder, it takes a few seconds.
Another thing to keep in mind, due to my carelessness, the autolock gave my clutch aluminum Razo pedals some nice scratches.
