Default High idle rpm (cleaned a valve but dunno if its right one)

Hi

I posted about high idle rpm awhile ago, someone told me to check a valve and clean it and i did...
Buuuut i was so smart i put it away for a while and when i was going to put it together again i forgot how it was supose to stand, so was wondering if anyone knows how ?

This is where i found the valve

Should it be like this?

Or this?

Personally i think the first one is right, but im not 100% sure so i was hoping someone here knows which one it should be ?
Before i try it out

And is that the right valve too ? for the high idle rpm problem ?
Someone said i should check the FITV and IAVC valve not sure if thats the one...

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Pekkaen &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">where on the block can i check this ? </TD></TR></TABLE>

To the left of the header, on the block, by where the transmission and block meet.

much possible, im not sure if its the original motor in the car, when i tok off the transmission to change clutch i noticed a date on the transmission case saying 2004, not sure if the whole engine is swapped or just the transmission though, bought the car about a month ago...
But as you said it looks like a brown top ZC, same as a guy i talked to said... but i will try and see if i can find the engine number tomorrow morning to dark outside now :\

If you look at the first picture i painted in a red circle, theres a few hoses connected on the intake manifoil there, and beneath them theres a valve house connected, its a cap there with 2 screws i just loosen and then i see this black "screw" (the plastic thing at bottom right at the first valve picture) then its just to take out the valve.

Im not sure what the name of the valve is but i think its either called IACV/IAVC ? or FITV. A cold engine valve or something...
