Default water in the carpet.

alright so the past few days its been raining, and my teg is parked outside. so today i go out to my car and look under the floor mats and the entire passenger side floor of my car is soaked. i cant find any drippage out of the sunroof or around the door.

what im asking is is there any common leakage problems for tegs that anyone knows about?

check for any water in your rear hatch, remove the spare tire and look for water there. Generally it will splash from down there, and when you come to stop it will move forward.

thats weird, when the heater core went out on my last car, a buick, i could see antifreeze pouring out from the dash. and under the car, plus the car would overheat. ill check for water in the hatch though, that sounds like it could be it.

ok, i looked under the trunk and my car came with a free swimming pool

also upon further inspection, the carpet in the back of the drivers side, in addition to the entire passenger side is wet, as well as my rear seats and my bowling bag that was in the trunk, even that cheap cardboard thing that sits in the trunk is wet..

anyway, i know this is a reletivley common problem so.. whats the fix?

For the front, same thing happened to me it was because
#1: I didnt roll my window all the way up ( I'ma n00b)
#2: The seal around my window/door was bad

Had to replace it.
Problem fixed
