Check engine oil light

Yah my check engine oil just came on after i took my car to vtec. Vtec doesn't really kick like it use to. Some times is kicks and somethings it dont its like driving a LS . I check my oil still good at the second dot. So Im not really sure what is then. Could it be the oil pressure?

Oil pickup screen could be dirty... oil pump could be going

When i start my car up, the car slowly starts to dye out. The RPM decreases slowly. This issue started ever since my check oil light came on.

Have your oil pressure tested, ASAP.

yes SiR...also, check your vtec solnoid...it might be clogged...but the oil pick up is also a good guess...
