Default F23 fuel rail same as f22, correct?

98-02 f23 fuel rail same as 94-97 f22 fuel rail from what I can gather but I want to double check since I dont have a way to try one right now.

they look the same when I compare 2 stock units, and 90% of the aftermarket manufacturers list them together but I wanted to be sure that was correct before I order one.

thanks.

I thought so but my brain is cooked lately (work and more work... yea) and I wanted to double check that I was not missing something.

just to bump up an old topic with corrected information.

a BDL rail for an f23 will NOT fit an f22b1.

-mounting tabs are on the back side of rail not the front, which mounting it backwards would make it hit the egr quite a bit more since one side of the rail is slightly longer (not a problem for me since no egr here).

-the mounting tabs are at the base of the rail and not midway up the rail to allow the injector to snugly seat down all the way in the rail or intake manifold fully.

-the spacing for the outer 2 of the 3 mounting tabs are off by about an inch or so. the center stud will line up but those 2 will not.

SOOOOO basically I think we can conclude this definately will not fit an f22b1... thats what I get for trying to think an f23 rail fits on an f22. Time to have a custom rail made I think, since the AEM is the only one I know for sure will fit the f22b1 but does not have -8AN feeds like I need and have everything made up for.

I will sell you one, cheaper than I bought it for...

Ok seriously though, BDL rails are definately top quality and I do not blame them for the rail not fitting... I honestly thought that the f23 would be the same and I did not have one or could not find a picture of one to check for comparison.

So its my fault, I took the risk... and BDL rails are awesome... just dont fit the f22b1... only the h22/h23/ f23.

haha, sorry I wouldn't have a need for it. But hit up Turbowa as I just sold him a H23A1 intake manifold for his project, never know he may be interested.

hey venom shows an application for the mid- late 90's acura 2.2L cl... which would be an f22b1 powered auto... HRM... wonder what it looks like.

IDK, on this site they list it as being able to accept -6 or-8 AN fittings. And they do list the 1997 2.2l CL on it's application list.

If I recall, Venom also lists their intake manifold for a 2.2l CL but not for the 2.2l Accords

I did call venom to confirm they make one for the 2.2l cl (1997)... and they do, and say it accepts -6 or -8... I am waiting for a call back to confirm the -8 from the tech guy at python injection.

the 2.2l cl only had a f22b1 if I am not mistaken so that may be the best bet so far.

well and I looked up the part on the acura parts page and it matches the f22b1 accord rail almost exactly... so guess I will give it a try.

and I found another interesting part when looking... looks like the f22b1 accord might have an aftermarket intake manifold option...
