If i'm holding $7000, what can I do with a 87 crx 133k miles?</TD></TR></TABLE>
Sell it for $100 and buy a $7100 car
Seriously though, this question gets asked quite frequently, and the answer always depends on what your goals are: track car, auto-x, daily driver or (god forbid) show car?
Power? I think it's possible to throw a K-swap in, otherwise stuff an H22 into her.
Auto-x? DOHC ZC (brown-top) or D16A1 with good suspension, brakes and trans gearing
Daily? B16A, touch up the body, suspension and interior
Show Car? Not going to go there
, ask in Appearance/Cosmetic if that's your thing.

if you are using an 87 rex go to redpepperracing.com, if you want the full HT experience for CRXs, sell it and get a 2nd gen rex...then go from there. 1st gens are awesome, but RPR has a greater basis of knowledge for Ballades
