I have to put together a production style fixture for an exhaust manifold. I'm trying to get some ideas, post up pics.

Yeah....people are all guarded about that ****....it's kind of gay.

I would just remove each runner and basically jig the entire thing. Use some angle iron, locate each straight area with the angle iron then just connect them however you want so that in the end the runner lays in the jig with contact at all the straight sections.

Pics would be nice though...just to see what some people have
