I Swaped a obd0 ls motor yesterday into a 98 ls integra (dont ask me why, the owner wanted too), But i used an obd1 harness with obd1 ecu (obd2-obd1 conversion ecu harness)...used the newer ls intake manifold, instead of the obd0 intake mani....

Well the car runs fine, but it throws a CEL 5 after a like 5-10 seconds starting up...

CEL 5- Accord Civic CRV CRX Del Sol Odyssey Prelude
85-98 * 86-98 97-98 85-91 93-97 96-98 85-98
MAP Sensor (Manifold Absolute Pressure)
mechanical problem / disconnected piping
* exc 94-95

Now dont confuse it with CEL 3...its different as they are both related to MAP sensor

I dont understand why its throwing it...car runs perfectly normal, idles at 750, no surging at all...engine revs up and down strong...checked all vacuum ports, tryed 3 different map sensors...check wiring...all good..

so im stumped...maybe someone can help me out...thanks!
