Hey guys, want to get a couple of motors rebuilt and I'm new to the mount pleasant/charleston area, can you recommend anyone?

I've found a few in N.C. but would like one closer to home if possible!

Probably a little further away than you're looking for but 1320 C-Seng in Spartanburg, SC is a decent shop. I've used them for tuning in the past and I've seen some of their work. The owner has a nice JDM CRX. Here's a link to their MySpace page:

R and D Motorsports is right up the road from you, they have been in business for a while and they have been participating in NASA's honda-challenge series for years.

Dave's a pretty cool guy and they can get you just about anything that you need. I don't have a number for the shop, but it should be in the phone book

 

Yep what he said. R and D is a good place. I went to there grand opening and they seem to be very knowlegeable, and i would trust them to work on my car if I still had it.
