i got a couple of questons needed answered please anyone as been through this help me out. Building a non vtec all motor

1. Whats the best cams for power n daily
2. best springs n retainers to use
3.what may i need to make 170-180 whp

but a setup similar to mine in 81-84mm will get you your goals...

easiest is a b18b bottom end, b16 or orm type R pistins, stock rods arp head bolts/rod bolts, fresh rebuild on everything else (bearings, seals) then a b18b head with crower 404's, valvesprings pick your brand, then some minor headwork, ie valvejob maybe a mild port.

without headwork the b18b head will hold ya back a bit prolly 165ish...
with headwork 170-180 is possible
180+ you need a b20
