i just installed some itr cams.. the timeing is way off.. the tension screw is kinda hard but the belt seems to get hella soft after moving it a couple of times.. i know its not the belt cause we just got a new one. the bolt seems to not making any tensions at all.. i need some help. .the belt is way too loose and i don't wanna mess up my car.. thanks
