What will sound better/ make more power ?

catless with no resonator and an apexi n1 muffler or

catless with resonator and no muffler ?

 

Either will be rediculiously loud, and make about the same power as a resonator with a muffler, or lose 3hp and tone it down even more with a cat

 

You won't gain you a certain amout of hp, But the engine will breath better. You'll be sacrificing a little gas millage though. I just cut the muffler off of my car and welded an extention on it. It sounds better than any fart cannon money can buy, And dose the same thing.

 

or u could just leave ur caty on and just get the resinator takin off itll be alttle deaper breath better and wont have such a ricer pingy sound. if u were to take off the cat it would sound like those riced out hondas with exuast that sounds like they stuck a can on the back with a bean inside that rattles around

 

Its been dnyo proven that a hight flow cat and resonator have a minimal effect on whp. Like under 3whp difference.

 

so? if you want to use the engine to the max every whp is welcome
