Phase one

Today in southern California it was raining a little bit but since its Sunday and my only day off I figured what the hell I'm going to start working on the DA.
With out a care in the world the R.H.D. experience is what I'm looking for. Ive had mini trucks before and was all into that but truthfully theres nothing like a Honda. Whats motivating me to do this is I always wanted this and since I don't want to go through the whole ordering a true J.D.M. car from japan and dealing with the registration bull **** I thought I would just fabricate the fire wall in the car and go from there. I just want people to be like damn that **** looks tight and wish they had the car plus its a piece of art to me. I have always had projects but I never really finished them.

Day 1
today I removed the dash heater,carpet,center console, a/c, power seat belts,power doors in replacement for manual, power locks (30lbs total), rear carpet (5lbs), rear side moldings (3lbs), heat liner (4lbs) and a few wires (1lb) that just have no use being there I'm saving as much weight as possible and disposing what I don't need. How ever what you take out the A/C unit its a bitch I had to brake and tug on mine just to get it loose I'm not running A/C so I might as well take it out total weight (34 lbs). I also removed the main unit where the fuses are make sure you label everything or else you won't remember where everything goes.

This friday Im picking up the clip and getting my car towed to my homies shop Hook It Up in Riverside, Ca to work on it all weekend

stock b20 block wiht a b16 head?

i dont see the point in gutting the car of carpet, headliner, and all the parts worth having like power lock and power windows, to save maybe 40lbs, if your gonna throw a 12" sub and amps in there

The best thing about the car it that I got it for free when it was running a friend of mine got into a fight and for him and I to be koo lol he handed over the keys. Soo the car was free lucky me lucky car

 

well truthfully I want bumps I will have all new interior rear jdm seats black carpet and 2 racing seats I want the inside to look clean and simple but of course you will notice the chrome cage, 4 point harness, and rhd conversion. This is my plan if you dont like it thats fine I care less. I forgot to mention near the end of the year she's also getting boosted pushing 450hp is my goal.

 

I forgot to take off the b16 head thats later down the road.

Im just going to be rocking a b20 with less miles just to going back and forth to work untill Im done rebuilding a boosted motor which will be complete by the end of the year.

I just picked up the clip off some cat in La-puente and took cross streets all that way back home to Riverside lol took 2 hours lol the RHD clip was in the back of my moms truck people on the streets wheree lookin at it like what the hell lol Its not even in the car yet and people at jocking lol the project starts TONIGHT...Pics soon guys!!

pics tomorrow..WOW let me tell you guys I worked 12 hours on friday sat. and sunday and I finally got her done all I need to do now is get some sealer to go around the out and inside of the engine bay. A friend of mine came over as well and talked soooo much ****** ****. I hate it when your trying to complete a project and other cats look at what your doin shakin there head and act like they know everything I dislike an negative environment when Im in the middle of doin something. Besides that This was a hell of a project my back hurts, sooo bad!!! next pay check she will have new body parts and glass.
