*TIRE HELP*

My next upgrade is going to be tires.....
i am looking for a good tire money is really not an issue i want a good tire for performance top speed handling now the origional tires were 205/50/16 bridgestone tire rack told me the best tires for the price are dunlop sp sport5000 and kumho my question is in your oppinion what is the best tire for me to get and which size should i go with i am not sure if 215 will fit my car and someone once told me if i got 205/45 i might get a bubble in the tire any info will help i need to get the tire soon

1. Tell us what car this is for.

2. If money is not an issue, you could go with the Goodyear F1 GS-D3 which is the best street tire out now.

3. Stick to the correct size for you car! Don't be an idiot and think that wider is better when all that matters is compound!

Also tell us how you will use these tires:

Will you be using the same tires all year round, in snow in winter as well as the rest of the year, so you need all-season tires? Or do you have another set of tires (or another car) for winter use? Keep in mind that you will get much better performance if you don't need to use the same tires in the winter, since the best performing tires in moderate to warm temperatures are so-called "summer tires" that don't do well in winter conditions.

Any track or autocross use, or just normal everyday driving?

Are you looking for the very best performance? Or are you also looking for value, so that you are willing to sacrifice a little bit of performance in order to get a low purchase price and/or longer treadlife?
