Just delivered it. [frown] Wish I was more selective on whom I gave it to. Had only 34KM (21K miles) on it and was a 1997. The 'kid' tells me his daddy (who drives some exotics amongst other cars) is buying for him and not to worry, he'll take good care of it. After the deals made, the kid tellings me he is getting one of those metal piece of crap wings, and APC Alcheezas!!!!!!

He says he will Turbo it by next year, apart from that, he wants to put a hood scoop and make custom Z3 fenders! ****, I should have sold it to the other guy who was gonna make it a track ***** but needed another week to come up with the cash [frown].
If you see a Mugenized rice mobile with a JDM front in Oakville/ Mississauga area, it ain't me anymore so don't ask if you're "TorontoR" from Honda-Tech!

I think I'll go throw up now. Only reason why I parted with it is becuase I couldn't drive the damn thing (fear of theft!) being followed home etc. Man I miss it [frown]

It was a beautiful TypeR, and just think at least it made it all this time without being riced out

Kungfu, whats funny is the kid is 16 and only has a learners permit! Can't drive it until August when he gets his licence! Oh well, not my car anymore, I thought I'd have it forever, but not worth losing sleep over (which is what I was starting to do out of fear of theft.)

That sucks, having to sell your car because of the theft. That's the same reason why my friend sold his CW ITR a few weeks ago. It just attracts too much attention.

From what I see, i can just see that car being stolen in this session if the owner doesn't take good care of it.

You guys should see what happen'd to my 98 R after I sold it. When I sold it it had Apex'i WS Dampers, 17 Volk SE-37K's (Just came out) in bronze, Apex'i N1 exhaust and a few other bolt on's. After I sold it. The kid took the ITR decals off, replaced the R wing with a GSR wing. Well he had an accident and tried to sell it with "less miles then when I sold it to him" (Read between the lines). Well I saw the car with its 3rd owner. It has Z3 fenders, a Black Widow hood, some ugly buddy club/veilside knockoff/black widow body kit, Altezza's, the wheels are still on (Barely, they've been curbed to hell and the car has been in another wreck. No more apex'i suspension, just weapon R coilovers on the same stock struts that came with the car.

Man that car used to be beautiful.

 

How much did you get for it in the end? I emailed you about it and you never got back to me.....

bad part is that it might not be there in August for the kid!
(with the theft issue and all.... if he lets "friends" know where it is, or brags about it... I mean, he is 16 and all... surely wont use the best judgement.)

 

This is why I am not buying the JDM front end. Why invest so much money into the car, and can not drive it while theives are lurking around for integra's, especially the R's
