Lately, I have noticed a rubbing type of sound from the rear of my car, more specifically the passenger side rear..........the car is a 98 hatch with rear drums........I am thinking it has something to do with the brakes, but i am not sure........I hear the rubbing sound at all speeds and it seems to get louder at higher speeds.....anyone have any suggestions before i start replacing ****?

Probley the hub bearing.

 

i was thinking that.......

 

i just looked up a new bearing assembly for the rear and its 97.00.....so it looks like I will be doing a rear disc swap soon......
