Default Trouble after installation of cams

I just installed some ITR Cams on my gsr. The car was reving at very low rpm's and I'm having some problems starting the car up now. Everything was torqued down to honda-specs. Need help ASAP.

Timing belt might be off a tooth.

what both of them said, sounds more like you didnt put the timing belt on right..

yeah i got it installed at midnight performance on elk grove and they did it right.. but i think they fucked the timing though.. its not the belt its the tension screw thingy.. once we make the belt perfectly tight.. we test the belt a little bit and the belt gets loose again.. why's that?

faulty tensioner...buts its maunal...shouldnt loose tension unless they arent making it tight.

the slop is on the other side when they tighten the tensioner, or the tensioner bolt is loose.

Besides swapping the cams, what else is done to the car ?. EMS ? Upgraded injectors ? Is it a N/A car ?
