Strange problem with Civic MA8

Vibrating problem with Civic MA8
Hello,
I have Civic MA8 with D14A2 engine. The problem is when the car is warm and on idle the rpm are at normal 750 rpm the car is vibrating I can sense it on the gear stick, also on the steering wheel, when I switch on the A/C this vibrations become more obvious, it is very annoying when you are stopped. Beside this there is a shaking when I change from first to second, and from second to third gear, also when I pull my foot from the accelarator I feel like the car is downspeeding very fast, like I have pushed the brake slightly. It looks like an electrical or vacum problem to me. I think these are connected problems, as I know somebody with Accord who has all the same problems, the local Honda service could not identify the problem.
