I was about to install my cometic head gasket. When I noticed that when I place it with the label that says up facing up some of the holes do not align. If I flip it so that the "up mark" is down towards the block everything lines up fine. To make sure the gasket was the correct one for a b16a setup I compared it with the old one. and found the same thing I have to flip the cometics gasket over for all the holes to match.
