will this work? can you interchange OEM parts between the H22 and F22's? (such as exhaust, intake mani, throttle body, etc.) thanks in advance

 

you can use the H22 throttle body but not the intake mani.

Or you can just have your stock TB bored by Maxbore, the F and H (except the Type S) throttle bodies can all be bore to the same diameter.

Reguardless though, you will want the intake plenum bored to match the H22 TB or the bored TB, Maxbore can do this as well.
