Big Throttle Body (H22)
I'm running a 3" aluminum charge pipe on my custom H22 turbo kit and a Skunk2 Intake Manifold. The most restrictive link in my intake chain appears to be my stock throttle body. Who makes a big throttle body that will go better with my set up, and where can I get it. I'm aware that Skunk2 is developing one, but it's either not on the market yet, or backordered like hell according to my local speedshop. Any suggestions?

I got the Edelbrock adapter 75mm plate for $20, and a 75mm Mustang TB bolts right up to it. It required a bit of fabrication for my IACV, but it didn't take more than a couple of hours with hand tools. It cost me $50 to get my intake manifold port matched to the 75mm TB by a machine shop. Edelbrock also makes a brand-new 75mm Mustang TB with a Honda-calibrated TPS already on it, just wire it up and go. Those sell for under 300 shipped.

NICE, well that's a relief. I'm running a custom CFT kit w/ SC61 and full turbo build, so mid 5's on Race fuel and 400ish on pump I guess. That's great news. I was just looking at my engine bay and it just physically looked like a restriction. What all are you guys running to get those numbers??

Re: Big Throttle Body (McLude2nR)
This on on 26psi of boost.
Simple setup really..GT4088 82a/r (non-bb) stock h22 head with exception of crower valves...stock size also. STill had the butterflie plate in the IM....just removed the vaccum to it so it stayed open.
87mm 10:1 CP, eagle rods, neukin turbo manifold. So stock spec'ed motor with a good tune.
615whp and 442trq....

Nice. Yeah when I took off my stock IM and cracked it open for the first time, it looked pretty damn restrictive compared to the skunk2. But apparently, it still gets the job done!
