Hey blinx, my ITR motor came with an "ITR" throttle body with a diameter of 60mm at the plate. Turns out it was/is a GSR throttle body. I had to modify it to run the ITR throttle cable. If I never told anyone you'd think the motor was originally set-up this way. FWIW.

62 would make the most sense since the CTR is just a destroked ITR motor. All the running gear is the same. IM/TB/tranny/exhaust manifold/cams can all be found on various ITR spec models.
A MAJORITY of honda enthusiastes still believe that B16b are just hyped up B16a's, when they are in fact less hyped up B18c's.
Glad you re-measured though to help clear the air.

Well, it's comparable in price to the GSR, but a few hundred cheaper than the ITR version. Personally, I'd probably take the B16b if given the option of the GSR or CTR, but I may be in the minority on that one.

Did you measure the inlet or outlet? I don't know if the thottle bodies have a tapered bore but that would explain the difference (62mm inlet/60mm outlet). Here's a pic of a stock b16a2 throttle body (62mm inlet) to add to the controversy:
